摘　　要：主要研究了由港口和物流服务提供商构成的二级物流服务供应链协调问题。研究表明,物流服务提供商为港口提供延期支付策略可使港口增加物流服务能力的订购量,从而使供应链系统利润增加。然后通过港口付给物流服务提供商部分利息使系统利润在两者之间得到合理分配,最终供应链达到协调状态。最后给出算例,证实延期支付能够使得供应链系统利润增加,并同时达到互惠双赢的目的。In this paper, we mainly studied the coordination of a two-echelon logistics service supply chain composed of a port and a logistics service provider and found that by providing the payment deferral policy for the port, the logistics service provider could increase the order volume of the port for the logistics service capacity and thus increase the revenue of the supply chain system and that by undertaking part of the interest payment of the supplier, the port could optimally allocate the revenue of the system between the two and ultimately coordinate the supply chain. At the end, we presented a numerical example to verify the claims made above.
