锡粉促进无溶剂“一锅法”高烯丙基醇的合成研究

摘　　要：本文报道了无溶剂条件下锡粉促进Barbier-type羰基化合物的烯丙基化反应.以锡粉、羰基化合物和烯丙基溴为原料"一锅法"成功地合成了一系列高烯丙基醇.此方法操作简单,反应条件温和,产率高,避免使用有机溶剂和有毒的有机锡试剂,符合绿色化学要求.This paper investigated the Sn-promoted Barbier-type allylation of carbonyl compounds in one-pot under solvent-free conditions. A series of homoallylic alcohols have been achieved by Barbier-type allylation reactions mediated by Sn under solvent-free conditions. This method has following advantages： mild conditions, high yields, avoiding the use of organic solvent and toxic organotin reagents and environmentally benign.
