摘  要:以低附加值的油浆萃余物为调合组分,分别与委内瑞拉渣油(>420℃)、辽河稠油减渣和辽河混合减渣调合,结果表明,调合比例适宜时,可成功调合出符合重交道路沥青质量标准(GB/T 15180-2000)的AH-90、AH-110、AH-130以及符合普通道路沥青质量标准(SH 0522-2000)的60号、100号、140号、180号、200号等多个牌号的道路沥青.同时发现,减渣加入量与沥青软化点、针入度及沥青老化性质有一定关系.以油浆萃余物为调合组分调合,当其组成处于油分含量50%~62%,胶质含量23%~39%,沥青质含量8% ~ 16%的区域内时,得到的沥青符合道路沥青标准.The low value - added extraction residue of FCC slurry was used as component and blending with Venezuela AR ( 〉 420 ℃ ), Liaohe VR and Liaohe mixed VR. The results showed that when ration was appropriate, AH -90, AH -110, AH -130 raod asphalts which met the standards of GB/T 15180 -2000, and No. 60, NO. 100, No. 140, No. 180, No. 200 raod asphalts which met the standards of SH0522 -2000 were successfully produced. Meanwhile, there were relation between residue addition and softening point, pen-etration and aging properties. We could get the qualified raod asphalt only when its composition was in a cer-tain region, that were 50% to 62% oil, 23% to 39% resin and 8% to 16% asphaltene.
