纤维封层技术在G15宁波甬台温高速公路的应用

摘　　要：纤维封层技术是指采用核心设备将高品质改性乳化沥青、玻璃纤维同时洒(撒)布到路面,然后在乳化改性沥青和纤雏层上面撒布碎石,经碾压后形成新的磨耗层或者应力吸收中间层。通过对纤维封层技术在宁波甬台温高速公路路面应力吸收层和桥面面层表层罩面的应用,表明纤维封层技术作为一种新型的公路沥青路面预防性养护技术可以提高路面抗滑防裂性能,避免水损害,达到保护路面结构延长路面使用寿命的目的。Fiber seal technology refers to use core equipment to spread high quality modified emulsified asphalt, fiber glass and then spread gravel, after compacting form new wearing course or stress absorbing in- terlayer. The application of the fiber seal technology in Ningbo - Taizhou - Wenzhou expressway showed that fi-ber seal technology as a new type of highway asphalt pavement preventive maintenance technology could im-prove the performance of pavement crack resistance, avoid water damage, protect pavement structure and prolong the service life of the road.
