摘  要:我国保险业恢复以来,销售渠道创新发展大致可分为四个阶段,每阶段大的创新都带动了行业快速发展,但时至今日保险渠道面临诸多瓶颈问题,迫切需要加大创新力度。保险渠道创新应着眼于增强对渠道的控制力,降低渠道成本,并坚持专业化的方向。为此,应着力推动传统渠道转型升级,加快新兴渠道的发展,完善专业化的经营体系,积极防范销售渠道风险,优化渠道创新发展环境。The development of Chinese insurance distribution channels can be divided into four periods after the re - operation of insurance market in 1980s. Although the insurance market developed rapidly in every period, it still has many disadvantages. The distribution channels need to be improved urgently to overcome the bottleneck. The innovation should put emphasis upon the control of channels, the cost reduction and the insist- ence of professional direction. Therefore, we should promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional dis- tribution channels, accelerate the development of new channels, improve the professional system of operation, prevent risks and optimize the innovation development environment of distribution channels.
