摘　　要：某大型油气田DCS系统自2004年投入运行以来,陆续发生过DCS控制器、IO LINK通讯故障、DCS系统上位机无法监控等多次故障,不能满足现场安全运行的要求。2013年通过对系统的升级改造,为该油气田安全平稳运行清除了障碍,同时也为PKS C200控制器等DCS大型控制系统升级改造探索出了一条新路。A large oil and gas fields DCS system put into operation since 2004, after another happened DCS controller, IO LINK communication failure, DCS system PC can not be monitored and so many failures, can not meet the requirements of safe operation site, you need to upgrade the entire system transformation. By upgrading, for the safe operation of oil and gas ifelds cleared the obstacle, but also for the PKS C200 controller and other large-scale DCS control system upgrade to explore a new path.
