摘 要:目的探讨大脑不同部位在计算时的活动状况。方法采用任务相关fMRI技术对数字计算相关的脑功能区进行定位,对20例正常青年受试者进行简单及复杂计算任务的功能MRI扫描,采用SPM5软件进行数据分析和脑功能区定位。结果简单计算和复杂计算主要激活脑区包括双侧顶下小叶、双侧顶上小叶、左侧额叶、右侧额上回、左侧中央前回、双侧岛叶、双侧半卵圆中心及放射冠区、左侧舌回、左侧梭状回、双侧枕上、中回、左侧小脑后叶、右侧小脑前叶。结论 fMRI可对计算相关脑功能区进行定位;数字计算涉及多个脑区,各功能区可能在相互配合下完成任务。Objective To localize functional areas related to digital calculations with fMRI and investigate the function of different areas in calculation task. Methods Twenty right-handed healthy volunteers performed mental calculation of simple and complex addition/subtraction respectively, while the fMRI data were recorded by a MR machine. Statistical parametric mapping (SPMS) was employed to process data and localize functional areas. Results During simple calculation and complex calculation tasks, the main activated brain areas included bilateral inferior parietal lobule, superior parietal lobule, the left frontal lobe, right superior frontal gyrus, bilateral insula, centrum semiovale, radial area, left lingual gyms, left fusiform gyms, bilateral superior and middle occipital gyms, left cerebellum posterior lobe, and right cerebellum anterior lobe. Conclusion fMRI can detect brain function areas related to digital calculations. Digital computing involves multiple brain regions, which may cooperate to complete the task.
