摘 要:目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)技术用于脑内微出血灶的诊断价值。方法对165例临床怀疑脑梗死患者及外伤患者行常规MRI扫描同时加扫SWI序列,分析所有患者的MRI影像资料。结果 107例患者脑内有微小出血灶,SWI序列呈圆形、类圆形、斑点状低信号,分布于皮质、皮质下和基底节区,47例伴有腔隙性脑梗死,11例伴有缺血性脑梗死,12例伴有脑挫裂伤;58例SWI未显示微出血灶。结论 SWI序列可敏感地显示脑内微出血灶,对伴发微出血的高血压病、腔隙性脑梗死及急性脑梗死及脑外伤患者的诊断治疗有重要的指导价值。Objective To investigate the susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) in the diagnosis of cerebral microbleeds stove. Methods 165 patients with clinically suspected cerebral infarction and trauma underwent MR/scan and SWI scan sequence. The MR/image data were anlysed. Results For 107 patients with cerebral microhemorrhages, SWI sequences were round, oval, speckled low signal, distributing in the cortex, cortex and basal ganglia. Among them, 47 patients had lacunar cerebral infarction, 11 had cerebral infarction, 12 had cerebral contusion and laceration. SWI showed no microhemorrhage in 58 cases. Conclusion The SWI sequence can reveal brain microhemorrhage and is a valuable tool for diagnosis of microhemorrhage in patients suffering from hypertension, lacunar infarction, acute cerebral infarction patients and traumatic brain injury.
