摘  要:针对海底管道微小泄漏检测的迫切需求,天津大学在国内首次提出一种应用于管道微小泄漏检测的球形内检测器。文章从海底管道微小泄漏检测原理、微小泄漏定位和球形内检测器通过能力三方面详细分析了基于该球形内检测器的海底管道微小泄漏检测方法的可行性。采用FLUEN T流体仿真结合理论计算认为,该方法的微小泄漏检测灵敏度可达0.1L/m in;采用精确的焊缝识别方法进行辅助定位,泄漏定位精度为±0.78 m;通过流体动力学仿真,得出当球形内检测器直径与管道内径之比大于73%时,球形内检测器在正常工作流速下能够顺利通过海底管道立管段。该球形内检测器用于检测海底管道微小泄漏是完全可行的,且具有检测灵敏度高、定位精度高、运动灵活、通过性好和安全稳定的优点。For urgent special needs of tiny leakage detection for subsea pipeline, Tianjin University has developed a spherical inner detector applied to detecting and positioning the tiny leakage of subsea pipeline for the first time domestically. This paper applies FLUENT software to analyze in detail the feasibility that the spherical inner detector is applied to detect tiny leakage of subsea pipeline by considering mainly three aspects of the principle of tiny leakage detection, the leakage precise positioning and the passing capacity of the spherical inner detector. Analytical results show that the tiny leakage detection sensitivity reaches 0.1 L/min; leakage positioning error is + 0.78 m; if the diameter ratio of the detector to the pipeline is more than 73%, the spherical inner detector can pass through the riser section of subsea pipeline smoothly with normal operation flow velocity. Therefore, it is absolutely feasible for the spherical inner detector developed by Tianjin University to be applied in detecting and positioning the tiny leakage of subsea pipeline.
