半导体激光照射联合透明质酸钠和运动疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨半导体激光穴位照射联合膝关节腔注射透明质酸钠和运动疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎的的临床疗效。方法:将86例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分成观察组及对照组,各43例。对照组采用膝关节腔注射透明质酸钠结合运动疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上采用半导体激光穴位照射,两组患者治疗后均随访6个月。结果:采用lysholm膝关节量表在治疗前后分别对两组患者进行评价,观察组其疗效优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:采取半导体激光结合运动疗法并膝关节腔注射透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎安全有效,能预防膝关节骨性关节炎的反复发作。Objective：To study the semiconductor laser acupoint irradiation combined knee joint cavity injection of sodium hyal- uronate and exercise therapy for knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy. Methods： 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly di- vided into observation group and control group, 43 cases each. The control group used the knee joint cavity injection of sodium hyal- uronate combined with exercise therapy, observation group in the control group on the basis of using semiconductor laser aeupoint ir- radiation, two groups of patients were followed up for 6 months after treatment. Results： Two groups of patients before and after treat- ment adopt lysholm knee rating scale, observation group is better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the curative effect of observation group was better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Semiconductor laser in combination with the knee joint cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate and exercise therapy for knee osteoarthritis safe, effective, and can prevent the recurrent of knee joint osteoarthri- tis.
