植物生长调节剂对树莓组培苗增殖生长的影响

摘　　要：以丰满红树莓组培苗为材料,研究了细胞分裂素、BA与生长素配比及赤霉素对树莓组培苗增殖生长的影响。结果表明,BA浓度为1.0mg/L时,树莓的增殖效果显著好于KT(P<0.05);BA与IBA配合使用时效果更加明显,在BA 1.0mg/L+IBA 0.1mg/L处理中,组培苗生长健壮且数量较多,增殖效果最佳;GA3浓度为4.0mg/L时,组培苗鲜重和干重(156.4和34.1mg)显著优于其它处理。Effects of different concentrations of cytokinin, BA/auxin, and GA3 on prolifera- tion and growth of raspberry plantlets in vitro were studied with plantlets of Fengmanhong raspberry in vitro as explants. The results showed that propagation effect of raspberry on the medium containing 1.0 mg/L BA was significantly better than KT. In addition, using of BA together with IBA brought about better effect, and the optimum effect of proliferation and growth was obtained on the medium containing 1.0 mg/L BA and 0.1 mg/L IBA with the most number of vigorous plantlets in vitro. When the concentration of GA3 was adjusted to 4.0 mg/L,fresh and dry weight （156.4 mg,34.1 mg） of plantlets were significantly higher than those with other treatments.
