摘 要:以稻田土和水稻植株为分离材料进行拮抗细菌分离的结果,稻田土中的拮抗细菌总株数明显多于稻根、稻茎和稻叶中的内生拮抗细菌总株数;水稻不同部位中根部和茎部的内生拮抗细菌总株数明显多于叶部中的数量。对分离到的131株中拮抗细菌进行复筛结果,SG06菌株对水稻恶苗病菌的抑菌作用最强,抑菌率达87.57%。根据形态特征和生理生化特征,SG06菌株初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus.sp)。SG06菌株抑菌谱和抑菌条件的研究结果表明,该菌株具有较宽的抑菌谱,并在培养基营养较丰富、温度25℃、pH值6.28的偏酸性条件下抑菌作用较强。Abstract. The antagonistic bacteria were separated in soil and plants in rice field, respective- ly. It showed the amounts of endophytic antagonistic bacteria in soil were more than that of root base, stem and leaves. The amounts of endophytic antagonistic bacteria in roots and stems were more than that of leaves. 131 strains of bacteria were separated from the materi- als, among of them the strain No. SG06 has the most strong activity of antagonistic Fusari- um moniliforme,of which up to 87.5 %. Based on the properties of morphology, physiology and biochemistry, the strain was identificated as Bacillus. sp. The best conditions against Fusarium moniliforme are at 25 ℃ and pH 6.28.
