摘　　要：本文通过显微摄影技术获取蚊类标本的数字显微图片,并利用Adobe Photoshop计算机图形处理软件对图片进行修饰拼接处理,探讨并总结了显微拍摄与图像处理的注意事项与使用技巧。经Photoshop软件处理的蚊类数字显微图片的重要鉴别特征完整、清晰、可信,达到了蚊类数字化标本的要求,具有长期保存的科研价值。This paper obtained the digital microscopic images of mosquito by photomicrography technology,modi- fied mosaic of images by using Adobe photoshop, discussed and summarized the matters needing attention and appli- cation skills of photomicrography and image processing. After the treatment of photoshop, the important features of the digital microscopic images of mosquito were complete, clear and reliable, which could meet the needs of research in digital processing of mosquito and have long-term scientific value for preservation.
