排球关键技术能力及其训练与培养途径研究

摘　　要：基于2013年世界女排大奖赛和亚洲男女排锦标赛各国运动员的比赛技术能力展示,运用资料法、观察分析法,论述职业排球运动员关键技术能力的组成,建议有条件的职业排球队应设训练师训练球员关键技术能力,认为省体校及地市少体校排球队是启蒙培养运动员关键技术能力的主要途径与基地.Show the 2013 World Women＇s Volleyball Grand Prix and the Asian men and women volleyball championships athletes competition ability based on the use of technology, data, observation and analysis, discusses the key technology which occupation ability of volleyball players, the proposed conditional occupation volleyball team should be set up key technical training division training players, that the provincial sports school and the city less sports school volleyball team is the main way and base Enlightenment Culture capability of key technologies of athletes.
