摘　　要：针对目前常闭式柔性挡车栏动作的实际使用情况,对《煤矿安全规程》中上部挡车栏设置位置提出了新的认识。据此,对目前使用的常闭式柔性挡车栏PLC程序等,进行了改进。改进后提高了斜坡提升运输中"一坡三挡"设施设备的安全保护效果,增强了常闭式柔性挡车栏在斜坡提升运输中的可靠性、安全性。On account of the application situation of current closed flexible car block railing, proposes the new suggestion for setting position of up-block railing in Coal Mine Safety Regulation. So improves the current PLC programme of closed flexible ear block railing. Then the safety protection effect is improved of ＇ one slope-three railings＇equipment in slope hoist transportation, which enhances the reliability and safety of closed flexible car block railing in slope hoist transportation.
