摘　　要：高温陶瓷除尘器的核心元件是陶瓷过滤管,陶瓷除尘器的除尘机理与滤袋式除尘器的工作原理相类似,是一种新型、高效、节能的气固分离设备,不同之处在于过滤介质为陶瓷过滤管,陶瓷过滤管是由陶瓷纤维、陶瓷耐火骨料及高温陶瓷结合剂经高温烧结而成的一种多孔梯度陶瓷纤维复合膜过滤元件,它具有良好的微孔性能、机械性能、热性能,适用于各种高压、高温含尘(烟尘)气体中耐各种介质腐蚀性能和高温氧化性能,其应用领域非常广泛,针对目前国家对烟尘排放日趋重视的前提,具有很好的推广价值。The core element of high temperature ceramic membrane deduster is ceramic filter tube, the dedusting mechanism of ceramic deduster similar to bag deduster, is a new type, highly efficient, energy saving gas-solid separation device, they are different in that fiher medium is ceramic filter tube, the ce- ramic filter tube made from ceramic fiber, ceramic refractory aggregate and high temperature ceramic bond through sinter, it is a kind of porous gradient ceramic fiber composite membrane filter element, has good microporous performance, mechanical property, thermal properties. This applies to all kinds of high pressure, high temperature gas including dust （smoke） , corrosion resistance of various media and high- temperature oxidation. The application field is very extensive, our government pay more and more atten- tion to soot emissions, so the deduster is worth popularizing.
