摘  要:用聚酯、TDI和二羟甲基丙酸等为主要原料合成聚氨酯水乳液。并研究了乳液成膜物的耐水解性。结果表明 :聚酯型聚氨酯的耐水解性符合 Turpin提出的“六原子经验规则”,己二酸—新戊二醇聚酯制备的聚氨酯水解后 ,其主要力学性能降低率 <10 % ,具有优良的耐水解性。Polyurethane aquoemulsion was synthesized from polyester, toluene diisocyanate,dimethylol propanoic acid. The hydrolysis resistance of film from aquoemulsion was also studied. The results showed that the hydrolysis resistance of polyurethane based on polyester conforms to the Turpin's “six atom experience rule”. Polyurethane prepared from polyneopentyl glycol adipate exhibit excellent hydrolysis resistance and the decreasing percentage of its main mechanical properties was lower than 10%.
