摘　　要：直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术可以实现信号从参数到波形的转换。本文介绍AD9852的功能特点,在此基础上,给出了一种FPGA与AD9852相结合的方案,完成了地检设备信号源的设计。AThe direct digital frequency synthesis （DDS） technology can realize transformation from the signal pa- rameter to the waveform. Functions and features of DDS chip AD9852 are described; a signal generator for ground test equipment is designed based on field programmable gate array （FPGA） and DDS chip AD9852.
