摘 要:为探讨习惯性违章行为(HVB)变革规律,在分析变革路径及相关因素基础上,构建HVB变革的系统动力学(SD)模型,运用Vensim软件设计各种仿真试验,模拟HVB变革的动态过程。结果表明:随着HVB变革效果的提高,其提高难度加大;同期内提升难度由易到难依次为:作业环境安全性、矿工自身特性、组织管理水平;提高组织管理水平对管理者和矿工安全意识的影响系数,增加煤矿企业的组织承诺、安全氛围和示范性规范度后,HVB变革水平及其子系统水平在短期内都有上升。煤矿企业建立HVB变革的长效机制时,须考虑个体安全意识和组织安全氛围的作用。To explore the law of habitual violation behavior evolution, based on analyzing HVB evolution path and affecting factors, a SD model was built for HVB evolution. Several kinds of simulation experi- ments were designed using Vensim software to study dynamics of HVB evolution. The results show that it is more and more difficult to increase HVB evolution effect after some evolution effects have been achieved, that relatively speaking, work environment safety can be easily improved, organization management is diffi- cult to improve, and miners'own character lies between the two, that in a short term, increases in the co- efficient of influence of organization management on safety consciousness of managers and other miners, the degree of organizational commitment, improve the level of HVB evolution and its subsystems" level, and that when coal mine enterprises establish their long-term mechanism of HVB evolution, the individual safe- ty awareness of miners and organizational safety climate should be considered.
