摘　　要：目的对3类海军特勤人员心理健康状况进行调查研究,并对影响其心理健康的影响因素进行分析,为海军特勤人员平战时心理健康状况研究提供理论依据。方法抽取3类共761名海军特勤人员(飞行员148名、潜水员95名、潜艇艇员518名)为研究对象,375名水面舰艇人员作为对照。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其进行心理健康状况测试,比较4类人员心理健康状况。结果 3类海军特勤人员SCL-90总均分分别为:飞行员1.25±0.31、潜水员1.47±0.52、潜艇艇员1.42±0.56,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。海军特勤人员与水面舰艇官兵心理健康状况存在差异,飞行员SCL-90总均分最低,与水面舰艇组(1.59±0.55)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海军特勤人员心理健康状况与工作岗位密切相关,应对其影响因素进行系统分析并提出相应对策。Objective To investigate and analyze the mental health status of 3 types of naval special service personnel and al- so to analyze the influencing factors of mental health among naval special service personnel, so as to provide theoretical evidence for re- search on mental health both at peace and at war. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to choose 3 types of naval special serv- ice personnel, totaling 761 （ 148 aviators, 95 divers and 518 submariners） as research subjects, and another 375 surface vessel crew members were used as control. Mental health status was monitored and analyzed by using Symptom Checklist-90, then mental health status was compared between the groups. Results There were significant differences in mental health status between the naval special service personnel and the surface ship crews. Average total scores of aviators were the lowest, while average total scores of the control were the highest（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Differences could be detected in the mental health status of the 3 types of naval special service personnel. Conclusion The mental health status of naval speeial service personnel was closely associated with their working posts. On the whole, the mental health status of the naval special service personnel was better than the controls. For this reason, systematic analysis should be made on the influencing factors, and corresponding recommendations and countermeasures should be developed to cope with the prob- lems encountered.
