摘　　要：对酒钢4#烧结机,在使用全自产精矿生产初期所暴露出的混合料中>25mm粒级含量高、成品矿质量下滑和环冷机出矿温度升高等问题进行了分析,通过改善混合料粒度组成等措施,提高了烧结矿质量,降低了环冷机出矿温度。The paper analyzed the problems such as the mixture high levels of grain size, the falling quality of the finished product and the rising extracted ore temperature etc which have exposed in the beginning of the use of home-made concentrate in IISCO 4# sintering machine.By improving the mixture grain size, the sinter quality is improved and extracted ore temperature is decreased.
