摘　　要：目的保证药品质量,保障医院药品供应高效、及时、有序。方法结合采购及出入库管理、信息服务、制度建设、人员素质等实际工作,就医院药库的规范和科学管理实践作介绍。结果与结论药库管理工作涉及很多环节,只有通过规范实践和科学管理,才能真正保证临床用药安全有效,适应"以病人为中心"的现代医疗保障工作。Objective To ensure the quality of medicines and the hospital drug supply effective,timely and orderly. Methods Combining with the practical works of purchasing,warehousing management, information services, institutional building and personnel quality,the hos- pital drug storehouse＇s standardized practice and scientific management were introduced. Results and Conclusion The drug storehouse work involves many links. Only by the standardized practice and the scientific management,the safe and effective clinical medication can be ensured,which can adapt to the patient- centered modern medical security work.
