摘  要:目的 对梅毒抗体快速筛查试剂的灵敏度、特异性及可操作性进行评估,探讨无偿献血者献血前梅毒抗体快速筛查的可行性.方法 使用胶体金免疫层析技术(CGIA)对梅毒(TP)质控血清、质评血清、血清盘、留样血浆及全血标本进行快速检测,并将标本检测结果与参比试剂进行比较.结果 TP快速筛查试剂室间质评结果符合率为100%,灵敏度在(3~6) mIU/ml之间,血清盘检测其敏感性、特异性分别为95%、100%,血液检测其符合率为99.5%.结论 献血前TP抗体快速筛查能够有效屏蔽梅毒阳性献血人群,提高临床用血的安全性,值得推广.Objective To evaluate the sensitivity, specificity and the operability of the rapid screening reagent for Treponema pallidum (TP) antibodies before voluntary blood donation. Methods Anti-TP antiboies were detected in inter- nal and external quality control sera, serum panel, plasma and whole blood by colloidal gold immunochromatography assay (CGIA) ,and compared with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and T. pallidum particle assay (TPPA). Results External quality assessment (EQA)of CGIA scored 100% ,the sensitivity was found to be from 3 mIU/ml to 6 mIU/ml, the sensitivity and specificity of serum panel test were 95% and 100% respectively, the coincidence rate was 99. 5% in blood testing. Conclusion Anti-TP rapid screening is an efficient technology in screening the blood samples, and worth recommending for clinical use.
