摘　　要：科技创新平台是区域科技创新能力的集中体现,已成为各级政府实施创新驱动的重要抓手。研究概述了福建省重大科技创新平台建设现状,分析了福建省重大科技创新平台建设面临的难点,提出福建省重大科技创新平台建设的重点在于:构建企业主导产业技术研发、共建共享、长效运行的重大科技创新平台建设运行机制。As the first choice of government support for innovatlon, technology innovation has become an important platform for im- plementing innovation driving strategy. Through analyzing the present status and the difficulties of constructing the mechanism of great science and technology innovation platform （ great STIP ）. Emphatically brought forward the emphasis of establish the mecha- nism of great STIP include： the mechanism for developing industrial technology, the mechanism of Co-construction and Sharing, and a long-effective mechanism.
