门诊输液发生低血糖反应25例分析

摘　　要：目的分析门诊输液病人发生低血糖反应的原因,寻求预防方法。方法对襄阳职业技术学院附属医院2012年1至12月门诊输液出现低血糖反应的病人进行原因分析。结果出现低血糖反应者多为幼儿、老年人和老年糖尿病人,输液溶媒为盐水。结论门诊输液病人出现低血糖的原因多样,尤以幼儿、老年及老年糖尿病人多见,早预防可防止其发生。Objective： To analyze the reasons for hypoglycemia syndrome in the outpatients infusion in order for prevention. Methods： An analysis of the reasons was performed on outpatients who suffered hypoglycemia syndrome during infusion in our hospital from January to December in 2012. Results： Hypoglycemia reactions are mostly occurred to young children, the elderly and the elderly patients with diabetes. The infusion solvent is saline. Conclusion： The reasons for hypoglycemia syndrome in the outpatients infusion are diverse, especially common among young children, the elderly and the elderly patients with diabetes. An early prevention may reduce its occurrence.
