临床科室住院部检验申请单书写规范性调查分析——以襄阳职业技术学院附属医院为例  

Investigation on the Writing Standard of Inspection Application Form in Hospital Inpatient Departments ——Based on the Affiliated Hospital of Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College

摘　　要：目的通过对襄阳职业技术学院附属医院住院部检验申请单书写规范性调查分析,规范检验申请单书写,提高检验质量。方法随机抽取襄阳职业技术学院附属医院临床科室住院部医师2013年1至3月开具的检验申请单5 162份进行统计。结果所调查的检验申请单书写不规范率为48.66%,其中患者基本信息书写不规范占13.14%,患者病情信息书写不规范占53.42%,选择检验项目信息书写不规范占33.44%。结论加强与临床医师联系沟通,强调检验申请单的重要性,提高医疗质量。Objective through analysis of the standard of application form in the inpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College, inspection application form writing should be standardized to improve the quality of examination. Methods 5162 copies of application form statistics were randomly selected in-patient doctors in 2013 issued in clinical departments of our hospital. Results standard rate 48.66%, including basic information in writing is not standard accounting for 13.14%, patient information writing 53.42%, the test project information writing 33.44%. Conclusion strengthen communication with clinicians and emphasize the importance of the inspection application form to improve the quality of medical care.
