摘　　要：【目的】了解广东省中山市1型糖尿病（T1DM ）患者血糖控制和慢性并发症发生情况现状。【方法】对中山市5家综合医院就诊及住院的符合纳入标准的 T1DM 患者的临床资料进行登记和收集，分析其资料了解血糖控制的现状[以糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）评价血糖控制水平]及急、慢性并发症的现状。【结果】本研究共调查登记168例T1DM患者，其中男79例，女89例，患者年龄（31．78±13．16）岁，大多数为青中年；发病年龄为（24．65±12．32）年；病程为（7．14±6．14）年；体质量指数（BMI）为（20．22±3．25） kg/m2。HbA1c为（9．20±2．62）％，43例（25．59％）患者达到相应年龄患者的血糖控制目标。33例（19．64％）患者合并1种以上慢性并发症；24（14．29％）例合并酮症。【结论】本地区大部分 T1DM 患者血糖控制未达标，慢性并发症发生率高。[Objective] To understand the current situation of blood glucose control and chronic complica-tions in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus（T1DM ） in Zhongshan city .[Methods]Clinical data of T1DM pa-tients in 5 hospitals of Zhongshan city were registered ,collected and analyzed to understand the current situa-tion of blood glucose control assessed by glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c） as well as acute and chronic compli-cations .[Results] Totally 168 T1DM patients were registered and investigated .There were 79 males and 89 females .The mean age was （31 .78 ± 13 .16） years old .The patients were mainly young and middle age .The onset age of the disease was （24 .65 ± 12 .32） years old .The duration of the disease was （7 .14 ± 6 .14） years old .Body mass index（BMI） was （20 .22 ± 3 .25）kg/m2 ,and HbA1c was 9 .20 ± 2 .62% .Only 43（25 .59% ） patients reached the age specific target levels ,and 33 （19 .64% ） patients had more than one kind of chronic complications .About 24（14 .29% ） patients were combined with ketosis .[Conclusion] Blood glucose control of many patients with T1DM does not reach the targeted level .The patients have high incidence of chronic complications .
