摘  要:目的探究伤害控制骨科学在临床实践中的应用以及护理方法,为严重多发性创伤患者的治疗提供依据。方法收集于2011年1月—2013年1月间就诊于我院的42例骨科严重多发创伤患者的临床资料,并对其进行回顾性分析。结果经过积极救治及护理,本组42例患者中4例患者出现上呼吸道感染,给予对症治疗后症状缓解,无泌尿系统感染以及压疮和下肢深静脉血栓等情况发生;除2例患者出现截瘫、6例患者不全瘫痪外所有患者肢体功能均得到较好的恢复。结论骨科严重多发性创伤是一类病情重、变化急、治疗难的疾病,伤害控制骨科学可实现治疗以及护理的个体化,针对不同患者的病情发展情况采取不同的治疗措施,可有效减少手术等治疗方式对患者的二次打击程度,对于炎症反应的控制以及手术风险的降低具有积极作用,有助于此类患者的治疗。Objective Probe into damage control bone science applications in clinical practice, and nursing method,provide the basis for the treatment of patients with severe multiple trauma.Methods Collected from January 2010 to January 2013 between clinic in our hospital clinical data of 42 cases of orthopaedic patients with severe multiple trauma, and were retrospectively analyzed. Results After active treatment and nursing of 42 eases of patients with upper respiratory tract infection, observed in 4 patients after symptomatic treatment of symptoms, no urinary tract infection and pressure sores and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, and so on and so forth; Except for 2 cases of patients with paraplegia, 6 cases of patients with incomplete paralysis outside all limb function of patients get better recovery.Conclusion Orthopaedic severe multiple trauma is a kind of illness weight, changes in the acute and treatment of difficuh diseases, bone damage control can realize the individualization of treatment and nursing science, according to different development the patient take different treatment measures, which can effectively reduce the surgical treatment of patients with secondary attack, for the control and the risk of the operation of the inflammatory response in the lower have a positive effect, contribute to the treatment of these patients.
