摘  要:目的研究水蛭提取液对实验性上皮组织炎症具有抗炎作用。方法对30只昆明小白鼠进行全层皮肤缺损处理,利用金黄色葡萄球菌建立皮肤炎症模型,以涂抹水蛭提取液为A组,涂抹红霉素为B组、涂抹凡士林为C组,分别记录相应药物涂抹前后的红肿的高度、面积,结痂的面积数值,将数值进行对比与统计学分析。结果水蛭提取液A组在红肿高度平均下降0.32mm,面积平均减小5.73 mm消炎程度方面与红霉素B组相比抗炎能相仿;A组与凡士林C组相互比较,A组抗炎效果明显(P<0.05),具有显著性差异。结论水蛭提取液对大鼠实验性上皮组织炎症具有抗炎作用。Objective To study the leech extract on experimental epithelial tissue inflammation has anti-inflammatory effect.Methods The 30 full-thickness skin defect of kunming mice, and skin inflammation model was established based on staphylococcus aureus and to apply leech extract for group A, daub erythromycin for group B, smearing vaseline for group C, were recorded before and af- ter the corresponding drug daub the height of the red and swollen, area, numerical scabby area, compare the numerical and statis- tical analysis.Results The leech extract swelling height in group A drop of 0.32 mm, size 5.73 mm quared antiphlogistic the extent compared with erythromycin group B similar anti-inflammatory can; Group A compared with vaseline group C, group A anti-in- flammatory effect is obvious (P〈0.05), with significant difference.Conclusion Hirudo extract on experimental epithelial tissue in- flammation has anti-inflammatory effect.
