摘 要:采用经铝酸酯偶联剂改性的伊利石粉做填料,对PVC进行了填充改性,采用熔融共混制备伊利石/PVC复合材料,并对复合材料的力学性能进行测试。研究表明,改性后的伊利石对软质PVC材料有明显的增强作用,其拉伸强度随着伊利石填充量增加先增大,后逐渐减小。填充量为6质量份时达到最大值15.01 MPa,较纯PVC提高30%,填充8质量份时拉伸强度开始下降但依然有18%的提升。随伊利石的添加量增大,复合材料的断裂伸长率比纯PVC低,其塑性下降。Illite powder modified by aluminate coupling agent, was took as filling to fill and modify the PVC resin. With melt blending method, PVC/modified illite composite was prepared and then mechanical properties of composites were tested as well. The results show that the modified illite powder has an obvious strengthening effect on flexible PVC resin. As the filling dosage of illite powder increase, the tensile strength increases initially, and then decreases. When the filing dosage is 6 phr, the tensile strength reaches the maximum value 15.01 Mpa which exceed the net PVC about 30%. When the filing dosage adds to 8 phr, the tensile strength begins to fall, but there is about 18% increase compared with net PVC resin. gation of PVC/modified illite composite becomes less As the dosage of modified illite powder increases, the elonthan net PVC, to produces an adverse impact on plasticity.
