摘  要:文章论述了国网安徽省电力公司在国家电网公司"三集五大"体系建设要求下,通过省级城乡一体化营销管理系统建设,对全省范围内省公司、16个市供电公司、72个县供电公司、近2400多万用电用户统一集中管理,实现了业务流程统一、服务标准统一,使全省营销业务真正进入集中化、一体化、标准化、城乡无差别管理。This paper discusses State Grid Anhui Electric Power Corporation by means of building the pro- vincial marketing management system based on integration of urban and rural power grid, according to the requirement for the construction of "three intensive management and five large-scale movements" system of the State Grid, has achieved the goal of centralized management of the provincial company, 16 municipal companies and 72 county companies, covering 24 million electricity customers. The provincial system unifies the business processes and service standards, and accomplishes the centralization, integration, standardization and undifferentiated management of the provincial marketing business.
