商业银行全面风险管理体系及其在我国的构建分析

摘　　要：对商业银行面临的主要风险进行了全面分析,对我国商业银行风险管理中存在的风险管理操作流程不规范、内部治理结构不健全等问题,提出了营造良好的外部环境、完善公司治理、加强风险控制评估、建立科学的风险管理模型等构建商业银行全面风险管理体系的思路。Based on a comprehensive analysis of the major risks for the commercial bank, the paper points out some problems in its risk management such as lack of standardization in the operation process, unsound inter- nal governance structure and so on. To construct a comprehensive risk management system, it is necessary to create a favorable external environment, perfect the corporate governance, strengthen risk control assessment, and establish a scientific risk management model.
