摘  要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前躯体,通过溶胶凝胶法制备出纳米二氧化硅(SiO2),并同聚氨酯(PU)和全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯共聚物(PEAC)配成混合分散液,采用简单的喷涂工艺,通过仿生的方法制备出了与荷叶表面结构相类似的SiO2/PU复合涂层.分析了涂层的形成机理和结构特点,并用扫描电镜(SEM)对涂层表面进行了表征.研究了SiO2含量以及PU与PEAC的用量对涂层结构及接触角的影响,并考察了超疏水涂层在织物和玻璃上的应用效果.结果表明:涂层表面具有与荷叶表面相似的微-纳米结构,分散液中SiO2的含量为9%,PU和PEAC的共含量为15%,且当其质量比为3∶1时,涂层的接触角达到了161°,滚动角为3°,制备的SiO2/PU复合涂层具有较好的超疏水性.The SiO2/PU composite coatings whose surface has the similar structure with a lotus leaf were prepared by bionic methods, which were dependent on a simple spray process. Nano silica (SiO2) was prepared by sol -gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as the precursor. It was mixed with PU and PEAC to create dispersion The formation mechanism and the structure characteristics of the coating were analyzed. The coating surface was characterized using scanning electron mi- croscopy (SEM). The effects of the content of the SiO2 and the dosage of PU and PEAC on the coating structure and contact angle were also studied, and the superhydrophobic coating was applied to the surface of fabric and glass. The results show that the coating surface has the similar micro-nano structure with a lotus leaf, and In the dispersion, the SiO2 content is 9%, the total content of PU and PEAC is 15 % and the ratio of the weight is 3:1, the contact angle of coating reaches 161° and rolling angle reaches 3°, and the SiO2/PU composite coating possesses good super- hydrophobic properties.
