摘 要:利用石墨作为导电相,水泥、细砂作为基体材料,在石墨、水泥和细砂总质量固定不变的前提下,通过调变石墨在整个基体材料中的质量百分含量制备导电水泥复合材料接地模块.考察了不同石墨含量对导电水泥接地模块电阻率、抗压强度、抗折强度及干密度的影响,确定了具有最佳力学性能和电学性能导电水泥接地模块的制备方法.研究结果表明:当石墨含量为50%的导电水泥接地模块于养护箱中养护28 d后,与按其他石墨含量制备的复合材料相比较,具有良好的力学性能和电学性能,电阻率为0.223 3Ω·m,抗压强度为20 MPa,抗折强度为4.7 MPa,干密度为1.73 g·cm-3,为高性能导电水泥复合材料接地模块的制备提供了理论和实验依据.By using graphite as conductive phase, cement and fine sand as basis materials, under the condition of fixed total weight of graphite, cement and fine sand, the conductive cement composites for grounding module were prepared by changing the quality content of graphite. The effects of the content of graphite on resistivity, compressive strength, flexural strength and dry density on the conductive cement composite for grounding module were examined, and the preparation method of the conductive cement composites for grounding module with the best mechanical performance and electrical performance was obtained. The experimental results show that compared with the composites with other graphite content, the conductive cement composites for grounding module with the content of graphite of 50% has excellent mechanical performance and electrical performance in the curing box for 28 days, whose resistivity is 0.223 3 Ω· m, compressive strength is 20 MPa, flexural strength is 4.7 MPa, dry density is 1.73 g·cm^-3, which provides the theoretical and experimental basis for the preparation of the conductive cement composite for grounding module with high properties.
