摘 要:以三氧化钨粉体和钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备WO3/TiO2复合材料;以紫外灯为光源,甲醛的光催化降解为模型反应,考查了热处理温度和样品的组分对其形貌、晶型及降解甲醛的光催化性能的影响和动力学研究;采用X射线衍射、IR光谱、UV光谱手段对其结构进行了表征.研究结果表明:在热处理温度为500℃,WO3与TiO2的摩尔比为2%时,该催化剂对甲醛的降解率达到最高.光催化降解甲醛的动力学研究表明,该反应属于一级反应.WO3/TiO2 composite was prepared by sol-gel technique using WO3 and tetrabutyl titanate powder as raw materials. Being a model, the photocalalytic degradation to formaldehyde irradiated by UV lamp was investigated. The effects and kinetics study of calcination temperature and component of samples on the morphology, crystallization, photocatalytic degradation property to formaldehyde were investigated. The photocatalytic samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum and UV spectrum. The research results indicate that the photocatalytic degradation rate to formaldehyde is the highest under the case that the calcination temperature is 500℃ and the molar ratio of WO3 and TiO2 is 2 %. The kinetics study of photocatalytic degradation to formaldehyde indicates that the reaction is first-order.
