摘  要:以环己烷为连续相、Span80/OP-10为复配乳化剂,对丙烯酰胺类单体反相乳液体系的稳定性进行了研究.考察了乳化剂添加方式、搅拌速度、乳化时间、乳化剂HLB值及浓度(wt%)、油水比(wt%)和单体浓度(wt%)对乳液稳定性的影响规律.实验结果表明:在搅拌速度为500~600 rpm,乳化时间为20~25 min,HLB值为5.4~6.0,乳化剂浓度为6%~8%,油水质量比为1∶1,单体浓度为16%~20%时,制得的乳液较稳定.Using cyclohexane as the continuous phase, Span80/OP-10 as a blend emulsltler, staoluty or acrylamide-based inverse emulsion system was investigated. The effects of various factors, such as the adding way of emulsifier, stirring speed, emulsifying time, HLB value and the concentration of emul- sifier (wt%), oil-water ratio(wt%) and the concentration of monomer (wt%) ,on the stability of emulsion were investigated. The optimum conditions are determined as follows: the stirring speed is 500-600 rpm, emulsifying time is 20-25 min, HLB value is 5.4-6.0, the concentration of emulsi- fiers is 6%-8%, oil-water ratio is 1:1, the concentration of monomer is 16%-20%.
