摘  要:针对目前对电磁信息泄漏的研究关注现象多、关注本质少的现状,研究了信息对电磁信息泄漏的影响以及两者之间存在的关系,指出数据的海明距离是造成电磁信息泄漏的本质原因.首次在电磁辐射理论与信息理论相结合的基础上建立了电磁信息泄漏系统模型,提出了抗辐射、抗截获和抗复现的三级防护策略.基于系统模型和防护策略,分析了信息对电磁泄漏的影响,揭示了数据的海明距离与电磁信息泄漏量存在相关性.数据的海明距离恒定或最小时,电磁辐射变化量则保持恒定或达到最小值;而恒定化或最小化电磁辐射变化量,将会最大限度地增加截获难度.因而,通过调整数据的海明距离能达到防止或减少电磁信息泄漏的目的.Because of the research focuses more on the phenomenon and less on the essence of electromagnetic information leakage at present, the relationship between information and electromagnetic leakage was studied here and the essence was revealed that Hamming distance of data leads to electro- magnetic information leakage. The model of electromagnetic information leakage was set up firstly based on the electromagnetic radiation theory and information theory. Then the hierarchical protection strategy based on the model was proposed, that was anti - radiation, anti - intercept and anti - reconstruction. Analyzing the influence of the information on electromagnetic leakage based on the model, it is pointed out that electromagnetic information leakage is associated with the data Hamming distance. The constant or the minimum of Hamming distance of data results in that the constant of electromagnetic radiation variation or the minimum of electromagnetic radiation intensity which may maximize the difficulty in the interception, preventing or reducing the electromagnetic information leakage. Thus the electromagnetic information leakage can be prevented or reduced by adjusting the Hamming distance.
