摘  要:研究急性硼酸中毒对雄鼠血液成分的影响.20±2g清洁级昆明系雄性小鼠70只,随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ-Ⅵ组共7组,每组10只.经口染毒,试验Ⅰ~Ⅵ组硼酸染毒剂量分别为1.93、2.50、3.23、4.18、5.41、7.00 mg/g·w,对照组灌服0.20mL/10g·w生理盐水,观察期14d.濒死和存活致死的小鼠,右心房采血,红、白细胞计数,血红蛋白含量测定;制作血涂片,瑞氏染色,白细胞分类计数.与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ-V组红、白细胞数,血红蛋白含量均不同程度升高,试验Ⅵ组红、白细胞数升高,血红蛋白含量降低,但差异均不显著(P>0.05).白细胞比例:试验组中性粒细胞不同程度升高,其中试验Ⅱ-Ⅵ组显著升高(P<0.05);嗜酸性粒细胞均降低,除试验Ⅳ组,其他试验组显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组嗜碱性粒细胞降低,试验Ⅱ-Ⅳ、Ⅵ组升高,其中试验Ⅲ组显著升高(P<0.05);单核细胞均升高,其中试验Ⅵ组显著升高(P<0.05);淋巴细胞均降低,其中试验Ⅱ-Ⅵ组显著降低(P<0.05).急性硼酸中毒对雄鼠红、白细胞数,血红蛋白含量及各种白细胞比例有较明显影响,甚至表现毒性作用.This paper studies the effect of the acute boric acid poisoning on blood composition in male rats. 70 clean grade kunming male mice (20 + 2g) were randomly divided into control group and experimental groups Ⅰ ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ, I, ⅤandⅥ each with 10 animals. Virus test was conducted through oral administration, experimental groups Ⅰ - Ⅵ which infected boric acid dose were 1. 93, 2.50, 3.23, 4.18, 5.41,7.00 mg/g· w for 14 clays respectively, but the control group gnvaged physiological saline 0.20 mL/10g · w. Dying and survived lethal mice, bleed from the right atrium, counted the red and the white blood ceils, determined the hemoglobin con- tent; made blood smear, stained with Wright's stain and then differential counted of WBC. Compared with the control group, the number of the red and the white blood ceils in the test groups Ⅰ - Ⅴ and the content of the hemoglobin are different; the number of the red and the white blood ceils in the test group Ⅵ were also increased while the hemoglobin content decreased, but the differences were not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). White blood cell ratio: the number of the neutrophil leukocytes proportions in the test Ⅱ - Ⅵ groups rose with different degrees and the differences were significant ( P 〈 0.05). The number of the eosinophils reduced, except the test Ⅳ group and the other groups decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05). The number of the basophils in the experiment group Ⅰ reduced, but in the Ⅱ - Ⅳand Ⅵ groups increased, especially in the test group Ⅲ increased signifi-candy (P 〈 0.05 ). The monocytes were rised in all test groups and the test Ⅵ group significantly increased (P 〈 0.05). Lymphocytes were decreased in all test groups especially the test Ⅱ - Ⅵgroup decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). Acute boric acid poisoning significandy affected on the number of the red and white blood cell, the content of the hemoglobin and the ratio of the various kinds of the white blood cells in the male mice, even
