摘 要:为了解皖浙两省宠物犬肠道寄生虫感染情况,采用饱和蔗糖漂浮法和水洗沉淀法对两省不同地区宠物犬肠道寄生虫感染情况进行粪便学调查。结果发现肠道寄生虫总感染率为27.94%,以等孢球虫、钩虫和犬弓首蛔虫为主要感染虫种,感染率分别为6.98%,8.57%和4.76%。315份粪便样品中8份为混合感染,混合感染率2.54%。结果表明,皖浙两省宠物犬肠道寄生虫感染率较低,但存在多种人兽共患寄生虫,因此应加强宠物犬肠道寄生虫病的综合防控。In order to understand the infection status of intestinal parasites in pet puppies of Anhui and Zhejiang Province, a total 315 fresh fecal specimens from different cities were collected and examined using microscope in saturated sodium chloride flotation method and the centrifugation method. The result showed that the total infection rate was 27.94%. The predominant species of parasites were Isospora coccidian, Hookworm and Toxocara cannis and infectious rates were 6.98%, 8.57% and 4.76%, respectively. The multiple infections rate was 2.54% ( 8/ 315 ). Although the infection rate of intestinal parasites in pet puppies was relatively low, there were a risk for zoo- notie transmission. Hence,necessary preventing and treating measures were suggested.
