摘　　要：本文从黄河三角洲地区典型农村——窦家村现状入手,通过了解农村住宅的现状、建筑能耗以及舒适度等情况,进而对黄河三角洲地区农村住宅从规划设计、单体设计、节能设计等方面进行研究,提出比较适宜的节能技术措施;希望本文的研究成果对黄河三角洲地区新农村节能住宅的设计具有一定的指导意义,对新农村建设具有一定的推进作用。This article gathers information of the current situation of the rural houses, construction energy consumption and comfort level by taking Doujia cun （a typical village in the Yellow River Delta area） lluimin county, Binzhou City, Shandong province as an example. To make an in depth study of the rural houses in the Yellow River Delta area from the aspects of planning and design, monomer design and energy saving design, putting forward appropriate energy saving measures, tloping this research coukt have certain guiding effects on the design of energy saving houses in rural area of the Yellow River Delta area, promoting the construction progress of new countryside.
