摘　　要：泗河煤矿经过技术论证和生产实践,证明了12煤层反程序开采具有理论的可行性和生产实践的需要性。通过对12层煤可行性的论证到采区设计、再到生产实际的补充措施充分肯定了这项技术的实际意义,解决了薄煤层矿井接续紧张,生产能力较低,生产效率不高的实际问题。为将来开采小槽煤提供了技术依据。Through the application in mining anti -program ,so as to achieve the aim of reasonable mining,Sihe coal mine after technical demonstration and production practice proved that the theory of 12 coal seam mining with the program and the need of production practice,the feasibility of the solution to the thin coal seam mines in tension,low production capacity,production efficiency is not high in the actual problem,through No.12 layer coal feasibility argumentation to the mining area design,in the actual production of the supplementary measures to fully affirmed the practical significance of this technology,coal mining small slot provides technical basis for the future.
