摘　　要：本文介绍了跳汰机数控风阀在选煤生产过程中出现的主要故障现象,在分析风阀系统组件工作机理的基础上,提出了相应的使用、维护和检修处理措施,为跳汰选煤现场操作及维修提供了参考和借鉴。This paper introduces the CNC jig air valve on the main fault phenomena appeared in the process of coal production,on the basis of analyzing the working mechanism of air valve system components,puts forward the corresponding use,maintenance,and repair measures,for jigging coal preparation plant site operation and maintenance provides reference.
