摘　　要：为了提高人们的身体保健水平，最大限度降低动物性食品中胆固醇含量，本文概述了用中草药类饲料添加剂降低动物产品中胆固醇含量的研究。In order to improve people＇s physical health, cholesterol content in animal source foods should be minimized. This paper summarized studies on the effect of Chinese herbal medi- cine on reducing the cholesterol content in animal products.
