摘　　要：目前，大学生就业时存在着就业观念不合理、盲目从众与依赖、期望值过高、过度自卑或自大等问题，一经遭遇挫折，即会产生严重的心理问题。为此，要引导大学生正确认识自我，寻找适合自己的职业和工作；要使大学生正确面对挫折，提高心理承受能力，调整就业心态。勇于自己创业。There are some problems in students＇ employment at present, such as unreasonable employment idea, follow like sheep and being dependent on others, over high expectation value, inferiority complex or swollen with pride. When suffering setbacks the students will have serious psychological problem. So, it is necessary to guide students to correctly understand themselves, find appropriate job, face with frustration correctly, enhance the acceptable psychological extent, adjust employment psychology and be brave in starting a business by self.
