孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:根据随机抽签法将儿童支气管哮喘80例分为治疗组40例与对照组40例,对照组选择舒利迭治疗,治疗组采用孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为97.5%,对照组有效率为85.0%,两组总有效率对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前FEV1和PEF值对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后上述值都明显上升,组内与组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗儿童支气管哮喘能有效改善肺功能状态,从而提高治疗疗效。Objective To discuss the effects of bronchial asthma in children treated by Montelukast combined with Seretide. Methods 80 cases of bronchial asthma in children were randomly divided into 40 cases for control group and 40 cases for treatment group. The pa- tients in control group were treated by Seretide. The treatment group were treated by Montelukast. Results The effective rate of the treat- ment group was 97.5%. The effective rate of the control group was 85%. The difference of the effects rate of two groups was significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of FEVl and PEF values in two groups before treatment was no significance. After treatment, the FEV1 and PEF Values were increased significantly, and the difference was significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of Monte- lukast combined with Seretide on bronchial asthma in children could improve the pulmonary function and efficacy.
