正负压置换治疗小儿副鼻窦支气管炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨正负压置换疗法在治疗小儿副鼻窦支气管炎中的临床特点,评估其安全性、有效性、依从性。方法:选择副鼻窦支气管炎的患儿作为研究对象,随机分治疗组与对照组进行前瞻性研究,治疗组患儿在抗感染治疗的基础上采用鼻正负压置换治疗,记录每次治疗后症状的改善情况及家长、患儿的感受,应用统计学方法分析疗效。结果:治疗组96例,总显效率为95.3%,对照组90例,总显效率为86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),家长依从性100%。结论:对儿童副鼻窦支气管炎在抗生素应用的基础上配合正负压置换治疗,局部引流通畅,症状改善显著,操着简便,安全有效,家长依从性好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the replacement therapy is positive and negative pressure in treating pediatric Sinobronchitis the clinical character,evaluate its security,effectiveness,compliance.Methods Select the paranasal sinusitis bronchitis of children as the research object,randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group performed a prospective study,the treatment group in the nasal positive negative pressure replacement therapy based on anti infection treatment, record and improve parents after each treatment,children with symptoms of feeling,used statistical methods to analysis the effect.Results The treatment group are 96 cases;the total effective control 95.3%,which the total effective of the 90 cases control group is 86.67%,statistical analysis was significant difference（P〈0.05）,parents compliance 100%.Conclusion The children＇s deputy Sinobronchitis on the basis of antibiotics with are positive and negative pressure drainage unblocked,local exchange treatment,symptoms improved significantly,hold the simple,safe and effective,parents compliance good,is worthy to be popularized.
