摘　　要：目的:探讨消化性溃疡患者社会心理因素的特点。方法:运用社会支持量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、多伦多述情障碍量表(Toronto Alexi thymia Scale,TAS)测定120例患者评分。结果:病例组患者三项测试中的评分与健康组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社会心理因素对疾病有负面影响,应早期采取干预。Objective To investigate the characteristics of social psychological factors of peptic ulcer patients.Methods Using the social support Scale,Hamilton depression Scale（HAMD）,Hamilton anxiety Scale（HAMA）,Toronto alexithymia Scale（Toronto Alexi thymia Scale,TAS） determination of 120 patients.Results Three cases patients in the test score and health groups have significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychosocial factors have negative effects on disease,should take early intervention.
