摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨平台骨折手术疗效的影响因素。方法根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分标准将356例手术治疗的胫骨平台患者分为优良组(n=288)与中差组(n=68),对比两组临床资料,探讨其手术疗效的影响因素。结果两组患者在骨折类型、膝关节周围合并伤、骨折复位情况、术后并发症及术后康复等方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);经多因素Logistic回归分析发现,上述因素均为胫骨平台骨折手术疗效的影响因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论骨折类型、膝关节周围合并伤、复位情况、术后并发症、术后康复情况均为胫骨平台手术效果的独立影响因素,了解这些影响因素对于胫骨平台骨折患者的临床手术治疗具有重要的指导意义。Objective To discuss the influence factors of the clinical effects in tibial plateau fracture surgery.Methods 356 patients with tibial plateau fracture treated with surgery were divided into the excellent group（n =288）and the poor group （n =68） according to Rasmussen knee function score to discuss the influence factors.Results There were significantly differences in types of fractures,around the knee associated injuries,fracture reductions,postoperative complications,and postoperative rehabilitation between the two groups（P ＜0.01）.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that these factors were the influence factors of the clinical effects of surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures （P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion Types of fractures,injuries around the knee,fracture reductions,postoperative complications,and postoperative rehabilitation are the independent factors of the clinical effects of surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures.These factors have important clinical significance to the surgery in patients with tibial plateau fracture mastering.
