摘　　要：在深入贫困地区进行详细调研的基础上,针对新形势下扶贫开发工作的特点,对扶贫开发信息专题图的制图标准、制作技术流程以及编制方法进行了研究;并利用ArcGIS,以重庆市黔江区的扶贫开发数据为例,制作了相应的专题图样图。On the basis of a detailed investigation about poverty-stricken areas, considering with new characteristics of poverty alleviation and development under the new situation, the drawing standard of thematic map, production technology processes and making method were studied. Using ArcGIS and taking the data of Qianjiang District, in Chongqing City, for example, a pattern thematic map with corresponding concerns was developed.
