摘 要:该文介绍了上海市自来水市南公司以青草沙水源和黄浦江水源的水厂制水工艺和氯胺消毒工艺,列出了出厂水及管网水中余氯、氨氮以及消毒副产品的测定数据及消毒效果,分析了氯胺及氨氮在管网中的衰减情况,讨论了pH对氯胺在水中存在形式的影响及氨氮导致管网水中铅及锌的浓度增加。提出了为提高管网水质,在生产过程中需在适当工艺位置补加在线测氨仪及测氯胺仪,并选择合适的Cl2∶NH3-N,严格控制出厂氨氮的量,以抑制氨氧化细菌的营养来源。建议将氨氮、亚硝酸盐纳入管网水控制的日常检测项目。Chloramination disinfection process of Shanghai Municipal Shinan Waterworks Company with Qingcaosha and Huangpu River as water sources was introduced. The determination of chloramine, ammonia and disinfection byproducts and their disinfection effects of finished water and network water were analyzed. The attenuation of chloramine and ammonia in the pipe network was discussed. The effect of pH on the form of chloramine in water and the effect of ammonia on increasing concentrations of lead and zinc in water were studied. For improvement of the pipe network water quality, in the production process additional online measurement devices to measure ammonia and chloramine in the appropriate location was advised. To select appropriate ratio of C12 and NH3- N, controlling the total amount of ammonia to inhibit nutrition of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria were suggested. Ammonia and nitrite were suggested to be routine monitoring items.
